I think a really powerful passage is when the hobbit is stealing the treasure from the dragon, Smaug. He must be very careful and quiet. Otherwise, Smaug the dragon might wake up. Then he might kill Bilbo Baggins. It had impact because I was curious. I didn't know what would happen. I thought the dragon would wake and kill Bilbo or some of the dwarves. On the back of the novel it said that Smaug was watching secretly. That made me curious about it.
